Liflow is a mobile application for tracking habits, tasks, and expenses. This Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Account data: user identifier, email address (if you sign in via email), used for authentication and profile storage.
Content: your habits, tasks, expenses, and settings (name, language, currency, reminders) to provide and personalise the app's functionality.
Voice data: when you use the voice input feature, audio is sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription. Audio is not stored by us after processing.
Technical data: limited device and usage data may be collected to support notifications and service stability.
Your data is used to: provide access to the app and store your records; send task reminders if enabled; improve service reliability and security; comply with legal obligations when required.
We use third-party providers to operate the service: InstantDB (database and authentication), OpenAI (voice transcription and AI features), RevenueCat (subscription management). Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.
Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No transmission over the internet is fully secure.
You can review and update your data directly in the app. You can delete your account and all associated data in Settings → "Delete my data and sign out". You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Where applicable, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without verified parental consent.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
